Delivery and Returns of Physical Products:

We take great care to process and ship your physical product orders promptly. The estimated delivery time will be provided during the checkout process. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors beyond our control. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Intuifish shall not be liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
Returns and Refunds:
If you are not fully satisfied with your physical product purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at info@intuifish.com, and our team will guide you through the return process. Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Product Warranty:
We stand behind the quality of our physical products (DDO1-SS316 & RDOC01-SS316). In the event of any manufacturing defects or issues with the product, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. Our team will work diligently to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement, arrange for repairs, or issue a full refund. We warranty our products for 12-months from date of purchase. Intuifish Ltd reserve the right to determine the appropriate course of action with regards to replacement, repair or refund depending on the issue identified, replacement availability and other influencing factors. Any refund given, will not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
Digital Subscription Products:
Subscription Terms:
When you subscribe to our digital products, you gain access to specific features and content for the duration of your subscription period. The subscription period will be clearly specified during the checkout process, and you will have the option to renew your subscription at the end of each term. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to prevent automatic renewal. However, please note that cancelling a subscription will result in the termination of access to digital content and features at the end of the current subscription term.
Data Backup:
As part of our digital subscription services, we take rigorous measures to prevent data loss, including regular secure backups of information submitted into these digital systems. While we prioritize the security and integrity of your data, it is essential to understand that no data storage method is entirely infallible. Therefore, it is advisable to maintain your backups of critical data to ensure continuity and safeguard your information. In particular, our whole site is backed up daily, and your data also backed up externally to our own system. In the event of a total loss, of our entire site and our contents we may only be able to return your data, in an alternative format (eg. .csv .xlsx) and note we may be able to return images uploaded to our systems. Customers of our stock management system, will receive emails for all weight submissions and where images were submitted these will be attached to the emails, we suggest these are kept safe as back-ups. Furthermore, our digital products are not designed to hold details that fall within the scope of GDPR, subsequently due to the nature of the databases, tech-savvy users may be able to view data of other fisheries, we do take specific actions to prevent we ask you consider the information uploaded to these systems carefully. Please do consider that if you are uploading images of people, you have their explicit consent and they are aware of these terms and conditions, and you have shared our privacy policy with them.

The DDO1-SS316 is a dissolved oxygen measurement device provided as a management tool only. While designed for use in aquaculture or related monitoring purposes, it does not provide any warranty or assurance of performance outcomes, including fish health or survival.
Intuifish Ltd accepts no liability or responsibility for any consequences arising from the use, misuse, misinterpretation, or failure of this device. Users acknowledge that environmental conditions and biological variables are beyond our control, and Intuifish shall not be held liable for any fish fatalities or stock loss under any circumstances. No form of indemnity or compensation will be provided in relation to the use of this product.
RDOC01-SS316 Remote Dissolved Oxygen Controller
The RDOC01-SS316 is a remote monitoring and control device provided as a support tool for dissolved oxygen management. It operates based on electronic sensors, mobile connectivity, and external systems which may include aerators, alarms, or other automated hardware.
You acknowledge that the proper functioning of this device depends on several external factors, including but not limited to:
- Stable power supply
- Continuous mobile network connectivity
- Functionality of third-party equipment connected to the controller
As such, Intuifish Ltd provides no guarantee or assurance of uninterrupted operation or automated responses in critical situations. Users are responsible for verifying the operation and reliability of any external systems integrated with this controller.
Fish deaths, equipment failure, or any form of stock or financial loss incurred due to system failure, power outages, mobile network disruptions, or misuse are not the responsibility of Intuifish Ltd.
We disclaim all liability for damages, loss of livestock, or any consequential costs arising from reliance on this device.
