Customer Notice (Tuesday 10th February 2026)
There are a few server upgrades currently taking place and these will continue for the next couple of days. If you are using one of our Remote Dissolved Oxygen Controllers (RDOC01-SS316) you may receive an upload error message via SMS. This is nothing to worry about, your unit will still be uploading, aside from the very occasional gap in data.
Importantly under no circumstances are aeration switching controls, or SMS warning messages effected as these are handled locally at the device, not via the web server.
